Account and Data Deletion
Requesting Cloud Data Deletion
You can request deletion of Wordify cloud/account-related data by emailing ershad15493@gmail.com. Include that the request is for Wordify and identify the Google account used for Wordify sign-in.
What the Request Covers
A deletion request may cover Firebase-authenticated Wordify cloud-save data and account-related data under Wordify control. This can include supported cloud progress, rewards, currencies, hints, achievements, streak state, settings, and related gameplay state connected to the signed-in Wordify account.
Important Limits
Deletion applies to server or cloud data under Wordify control. Some records may be retained where legally required, for security, for fraud prevention, or where technically necessary to operate or verify service integrity. Wordify does not promise instant automated deletion if no in-app deletion flow is available in the installed version.
Removing Local Device Data
Local device data can also be removed by clearing the app data through your Android device settings or by uninstalling Wordify. Removing local data does not automatically delete cloud-save data associated with a signed-in account.
